Cancellation Policy

If customer(s) decide to cancel an appointment, the deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded, you may reschedule an appointment one additional time.

Please notify Staff (Aniya) if you're not able to make an appointment.

No Call-No Show will be charged full price for future services.

Late Fee

After the 10-minute grace period, you may agree or disagree to pay a late fee of $25. If you wish to disagree your appointment will be cancelled.

Before-After Hour Appointments

Before or After hour appointments are an additional $50.

Same Day Booking

Same day booking will be charged an additional $50 fee.

Wig Policy

No Synthetic Hair
Prefer Hd or Transparent lace, doesn't have to be.
Bring any lace closure, frontal, or wig 24hrs prior to your appointment
